Dr. Ken Newberger is a conflict resolution practitioner. He holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. As the architect of the "Reconciliation Model of Peacemaking," his expertise is promoting healthy and harmonious relationships. He has worked with people from all walks of life and various settings, from pre-marital sweethearts, married couples in every age bracket, and extended families, to workplace staff, business partners, and organizations with large multi-party conflict.  After working for years with couples in his offices in Florida and Virginia, he now welcomes clients throughout the U.S.A. live and in-person through Zoom..


Some Accomplishments Dr. Newberger is the author of the book, "Hope in the Face of Conflict." He has taught master's level students at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, in its Department of Peace and Conflict Studies. He has served as an Approved Educational Provider for the National Board for Certified Counselors. He is a Certified Facilitator and Seminar Director with Life Innovations, Inc.   Dr. Newberger has written dozens of articles for a variety of publications and has been interviewed more than 20 times on radio and television.
 
Earlier in his career, Ken served as senior pastor to congregations outside of New York City and Washington, D.C. He earned his Master of Theology degree from Dallas Seminary after leaving law school for the ministry.  Although he personally subscribes to a Judeo-Christian worldview, he welcomes and works with people from all walks of life. 

In addition to his professional expertise, Dr. Ken draws upon his own marital experience He has been happily married to Mary for over 40 years.  They raised three children together.  As appropriate, he will share personal insights gleaned along the way to further help the two of you.  As actor Errol Flynn said to actress Olivia De Havilland in a classic 1941 movie, so Dr. Ken says, Walking through life with you, ma'am, has been a very gracious thing.
