My sessions are available when you need them most- from noon to midnight (EST), suitable for insomniacs, busy parents and people who need help after work when rest, meals and calm may be first on your mind. The online option allows you to access me from your office, home, car or anywhere available and get all the benefits of in person therapy! Yes, it works as this is a non-touch therapy, therefore if you can hear me, therapy can happen!

- How does Integrated Hypnotherapy help me?

If you find things "easier said than done", subconscious blocks are keeping you from your goal. During Hypnotherapy these blocks are removed by the therapist, so you can align better with your goal, with less inner conflict: whether that goal is peace, calm, freedom of toxicity or addiction, etc.

- Do I need to be "easy to put under" or a master mediator?

In short- no. The 50s stage hypnosis is not what clinical hypnotherapy is! You can be an over- thinker or "not perfect". It can be noisy or you may be stressed.. that's still ok. Come as you are and receive the care you deserve. Techniques have improved over the decades!

- How much are your sessions?
- 600 for 5 sessions if paying at once or 125 each if paying individually for sessions.
