I see therapy as a process to help you attain
your goals. Even though eating disorders, relationship issues, and life
stressors can derail your life, individual therapy, couples counseling, and
support groups can help you find solutions and get you back on track. Whether
the concern is anxiety, depression, and/or ADD, psychotherapy can help you and
your family to resolve the issues that are troubling.
As a highly trained and experienced
solution-focused therapist in New York City
(Midtown Manhattan) and New Jersey,
my goal is to help you resolve difficult issues and achieve your highest
quality of life. While we can't change difficult situations of the past,
we can work together to better understand and overcome challenges in your life.
By applying a variety of therapy approaches tailored to your needs, we will
find successful solutions for long-standing behavior patterns or negative beliefs
that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful
life.
If you're looking for extra support and
guidance through a challenging situation or you're ready to move in a new
direction in your life, I can help you achieve your objectives.
I have a particular sensitivity to the issues
of diverse populations including the LGBTQ community and Orthodox Jews. I am
also highly experienced in working with single men & women, couples,
children, teens, and older adults.
Please call me for an individual
consultation, couples counseling, or to join a support group in my New York or New
Jersey office. My New York
office (212-750-8130) is centrally located near Grand Central and Bryant Park
(easily accessible from all over Manhattan, the
boroughs, as well as New Jersey and Connecticut.) My New Jersey office
(732-247-5112) is easily accessible from communities throughout the state, and
has abundant, free parking.
I return all phone calls and respond to all
inquiries promptly.
Whether you are new to therapy or feel like
you have “been everywhere and tried everything,” I can empower you to get
unstuck. I look forward to helping you get started.
