Vital Options for Meaningful Change
PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR Help……
Have you been looking for answers and coming-up empty? …. “Stressed” and “Overwhelmed” are the two words that I hear most often! …. So many issues can drag you down at work or at home, …….in relationships, ….. as parents,…… and in the roles that you play.
Help often comes as a fresh perspective, …… a road-map for change, ….. or an explanation that “fits”. Validation and acceptance ease the way for people to challenge themselves, …….take a risk, …..or persevere.
I help people find and employ Vital Options for Meaningful Change.
PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR Healing……
If you feel flawed, alone, and weighed-down with worry and pain, ………
…..Life Is Hard! ...Especially when others can’t see how you hurt, and can’t help. And especially when you’ve felt this way for a very long time. Depression, anxiety, and negative thinking need healing.
I know the relief that comes from being heard by a compassionate professional…… While you tell your story, I begin understanding you and tell you how I can help. As trust develops, motivation grows and you begin making choices from loving yourself. I walk beside you on your path toward healing and becoming the person who you want to be.
Psychotherapy is a Vital Option for Meaningful Change.

I have been a licensed clinical psychologist working with adults since 2002. I engage people in psychotherapy and offer them Vital Options for Meaningful Change…. I work in a private-practice setting, but I trained in hospitals, community mental health clinics, and addiction treatment settings. These experiences have broadened my perspective and prepared me to recognize serious behavioral issues that others may miss. Accurate diagnosis guides practice and provides the map for treatment.
As a life-long learner, I benefit from the research and clinical work of colleagues. I take professional development seriously. Curiosity leads me to increase my knowledge and fine-tune my skills.
MY PERSONAL LIFE
I am a life-long Cincinnati resident. I enjoy classic rock music and collecting baskets. I’m an energetic grandmother, snow-skier, and traveler.
MY PAY OFF
My life has been enriched by my work, my relationships, and meeting life-challenges in my unique way. It’s satisfying for me when a happier, healthier person walks out my office door for the last time…………
