Ultimately, my focus in therapy is you and the concerns you bring into counselling. Humans are complex creatures, and there is not a "one size fits all" option. I adjust my approach to best meet your needs.

Cost of Counselling Therapy

Private Counselling Rates: $135-150 per 50 minute session.
Insurance Counselling: Clients qualify for coverage through ICBC, CVAP, and many EAP programs.
Sliding Scale: Offered to those who have financial difficulty through Open Path Psychotherapy Collective.
