Therapy has never felt like a stigma to me. As an extremely sensitive person, (having been in therapy since the age of 14), I view it as life skills training and the pursuit to deeply understand the uniqueness of myself. It is where I have found my support.

My creative capacity and emotional intelligence did not align with the “norm” so my family and friends were unable to fully understand me. I was on my own journey for clarity, opportunity and the pursuit to uncover my full capacity. I am a model of what I teach and I know it from the inside out!
