Welcome! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling Psychology from UBC. I have worked with adults, teens, children and families for over 20 years in education, crisis intervention, support and counselling and I look forward to working with you.

Throughout our lifespan we face challenges that we cannot control or anticipate. Therapy may be the next step for you if you feel stuck in old patterns of behaviour or are facing a major life transition, a loss, or a difficult relationship. Therapy may also be helpful if you have suffered a recent or past traumatic experience or relationship, or if you find that feelings of anxiety, depression or anger have started to interfere with your day to day living.

While I draw from training and experience in evidence-based counselling models our work together will always be collaborative and honour you as the expert in your unique life. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space to explore and heal the impact of the past, manage the present and envision the future. Whether working with individuals, couples or families, I maintain a relational, developmental and trauma informed framework. In our sessions together we will work towards helping you live your natural state of growth and thriving.

When starting to work with a therapist it is important to find a good fit for your needs and goals. I am happy to offer an initial 15 minute consultation via Zoom or on the phone so you have a chance to meet me and ask any questions you may have. It will also give me a chance to make sure I am able and qualified to help you address those needs and goals.

$240.00 per 75 minute session
