As a Registered Psychotherapist in the North Bay, Ontario area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients. I have experience and training to support PTSD. I have additional EMDR related training in DeTUR (addictions), ego state and internal family systems (IFS) therapy for complex trauma. As a client of EMDR, I can attest to its powerful effects, and I am grateful to utilize this wonderful modality in my practice.     I also love working with couples and am trained in the Gottman Method couples therapy. I specialize in treating affairs, addictions, and trauma in couples. I truly care for all of my clients and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. I look forward to hearing from you and walking with you on your healing journey.
 
Janet Fournier, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
 
Janet has a degree in Sociology from the University of Toronto and is in her final year as a graduate level practicum student with the Toronto Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling Education. She is also a member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). In addition, Janet holds graduate and/or additional certificates in Positive Psychology, Mindful Meditation, Grief Education, Holding Space - Coaching Level, and Therapeutic Harp.
 
Janet's student therapy skills are steeped in therapeutic modalities and grounded in a holistic, person-centered approach. She integrates mindfulness with relational, existential, humanistic and holistic based therapies, and has a special interest in working with couples who are struggling, and individuals who are dealing with grief and loss, fertility challenges, miscarriage, anxiety and trauma, to name a few.

Andrea DriedgerPsychotherapist in Training and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT), Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education


 Andrea believes healing is accessible to everyone. Her personal therapeutic journey revealed the importance of a safe space to explore emotions, fostering inner peace and self-connection. After a 23-year career in education, Andrea pursued psychotherapy training and is currently enrolled at the Toronto Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling Education. She holds a B.A. in Education, is an Ontario Certified Teacher, and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, guiding clients with intuitive eating and the HAES philosophy. Andrea is also trained in the Flash Technique (FT), an evidence-based intervention that helps process traumatic memories without direct engagement, making therapy less distressing.

Her approach is rooted in building warm, empathic relationships, ensuring clients feel seen, heard, and safe. As a student, Andrea works under clinical supervision and is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Sessions are covered by insurance for those with Registered Psychotherapy benefits and offered at a reduced rate of $150.

 Anna LeppinenBA, MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Anna brings a warm and compassionate approach to her work, creating a safe space for individuals and couples to explore their values and beliefs. She believes the therapeutic relationship is key to a meaningful experience.

Originally from Renfrew County and now based in North Bay, Ontario, Anna holds an Honours degree in Sociology from McMaster University and a diploma in Social Service Work from Canadore College. She has experience co-facilitating a Mental Health Toolkit program and a strong background in social services.
