I am warm, friendly, open-minded and mindful professional, dedicated to providing the highest quality psychotherapy with respect, passion, and mindfulness, tailored to my clients. Besides my personal approach, my clients benefit from my knowledge, skills, and extensive experience in the field of psychotherapy, counseling, and psychology.
I am: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, Transgender Care Certified Therapist, Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Florida Department of Children and Family approved Parenting Care Provider. I hold EU earned degrees M.A. in Psychology and Law, and PhDr. in Clinical Psychology. I am recently finishing PhD. in Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale.
I am an expert on couples, marriage, intimacy, family systems, communication strategies and conflict resolutions, life guidance, gender and sexual issues. I am a professional member of several national and international Family Therapy Associations, also organizations supporting and caring for LGBTQ population – PFLAG, GLSEN, World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), and a professional member of American Association of Sexual Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). I am also regularly presenting and publishing about topics related to the field of family therapy nationally and internationally.
I earned PhDr. degree in Clinical Psychology (2009) for a research on sexual addiction and cybersex. I have been in a private therapeutic practice since 2006. I work with families, couples, individuals (including children and teens). I have experience working also as a school psychologist, clinical psychologist at a psychiatric ward and at a crisis unit. Since 2015 I have conducted several art therapy residencies for children and teens with disabilities - Very Special Art Project under the University of South Florida.
I provide comprehensive psychotherapeutic counseling. I apply mind and body – holistic approach. I believe in diversity, non-binary, gender equal and affirmative approach to therapy.
