I see therapy as a powerful commitment to one's own healing, personal growth and change, in the context of a genuine relationship based on equality and respect. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families in a number of different areas including difficult relational issues (family, romantic, social, and professional), difficult life transitions, anxiety and depression, impulsivity, grief and loss, trauma, gender/sexuality identity, and LGBTQ issues. I have a special interest and specialization in sexual therapy. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgemental atmosphere where clients can feel free to be and express themselves fully.
