In a world that has felt increasingly challenging and uncertain for many, it is important to reach out for support. You’re not alone.

I work with people in recovery from anxiety, depression, and trauma who also value personal growth. Developing insight into challenges is the first step towards healing. In therapy, I intend to guide conversations in ways that brings clarity and understanding to problems. Helping you to resolve inner conflict and heal patterns that contribute to distress. I value self-awareness in my work with individuals and couples. I believe that when we heal ourselves, we also help to heal the world.

I’ve dedicated my work to helping people who have been impacted by psychological trauma. I work with individuals holistically, taking into account the connections between mind, body, emotions, and the spiritual aspects of life.

Working primarily from a somatic and psychodynamic approach, I support individuals with finding greater meaning in challenges. Slowing down. Healing what is unresolved from the past. Cultivating greater vitality through processes of inner growth.

I currently offer in-person, virtual, and telephone therapy options for individuals across the province of Ontario. My office is located in London, Ontario, accessible from downtown and various public transportation terminals. There is plenty of free and accessible parking for your convenience.

My current standard rate per 50-minute session is $140.00 for individual sessions and $180.00 for sessions with couples. Sliding scale services are currently available.
