I draw from the tenets of mindfulness based therapies, CBT, trauma informed practices and incorporate aspects of Narrative therapy to support a person centred growth plan for each individual I see.
I have been working with individuals, children and families since 2007, I am a registered clinical counsellor and graduated from Yorkville with my Master degree in Counselling Psychology.
