Welcome to my Counselling,Therapy and Coaching Practice!

Cally Farr, MA   Registered Clinical Counsellor

Difficulties in life can provide an opportunity to find deeper meaning, understanding and growth.  Short term counselling can help develop and implement goals, and sort out questions which interfere with the ability to live life fully. These changes can bring about new perspectives, behaviours and skills. In-depth psychotherapy presents a chance to more thoroughly understand and integrate recurrent patterns and themes in life.

Using deep listening, warmth and positive inquiry, I offer a safe, comfortable and respectful setting in which to explore  experiences, feelings and beliefs. My goal is to support you through what may be a difficult and confusing time and help you identify patterns that limit your choices. If you feel stuck about what you want and where you want to go, we can create a plan that is suited to your specific needs and history, and builds on resources and strengths.

Over my 28 years of private practice, group work, and teaching, I have gained extensive experience. I am an eclectic practitioner, and work closely with you to develop the best process for you. Stress, conflict and self-esteem issues may be indications of unresolved patterns from earlier life. Identifying and gently examining these deeper parts of the self can help you re-connect with your intuition, wisdom and creativity.

Since 2001 I have worked and trained with the Victoria Family Law Group (newly named the Collaborative Family Separation Professionals) as a Separation and Divorce Coach. My goal as a coach is to help separating families move to a positive parenting relationship and reconfigure a post-separation dynamic that is in the best interest of the children.
