Hello my name is Brooke! I primarily work with children, teens, and young adults, and support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and behavioral challenges, as well as those with learning and developmental differences, including gifted and twice exceptional individuals. I specialize in rebuilding parent-child relationships, addressing attachment wounds, and enhancing communication among family members.

I draw from therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Additionally, I provide both individual and family counseling services.

I embrace diverse thinkers and learners, adopting a strengths-based and person-centered approach. By creating a supportive environment, I feel that I empower my clients to explore their unique strengths and navigate challenges collaboratively. Together, we will work with your brain rather than against it to foster self-discovery and growth!

I offer services both in-person and via telehealth depending on your needs and preferences.

My rate for individual and family therapy is $120 per 50 minute session. While we do not accept insurance in office, super bills are provided through reimbursement through your insurance company. I am happy to help with any questions you may have about this.

I am available on most weekdays. Additionally, I practice at Evolve Counseling and Behavioral Health Services, at our Ahwatukee location (listed below).
