I have deep admiration for people’s resilience and feel honored to help ease the suffering they carry. The stories we tell ourselves shape how we experience the world—and I believe counseling offers a space to explore those stories, make new meaning, and create pathways toward the life you want.
I understand that many unhelpful patterns are rooted in adaptive responses from the past—ways you learned to cope that may no longer serve you. What once protected you might now feel like it's holding you back. Together, we can clarify what matters most to you and find new, more flexible ways of responding that allow you to move forward.
Problems often thrive in isolation, feeding the belief that you are broken, bad, or unworthy. I believe healing happens when we shift that narrative—when we begin to relate to ourselves, our experiences, and others with greater compassion and understanding. As you change how you see the problem, the way it operates in your life also begins to shift.
