Whatever the reasons that brings you here, Angie believes that the ups and downs of life provide opportunities (and sometimes hidden blessings) to learn about ourselves and life in general. You will learn how to restore within yourself a sense of balance and well-being, and to cultivate a renewed awareness and sense of presence in your life. After a thorough assessment, we'll begin to work on the issues that are most important to you. You'll develop insight into how past experiences and thinking processes may be continuing to influence your well-being and to identify the issues that are most troublesome. You will also be guided through the process of clarifying your values, passions, strengths and resources so that they can be drawn upon to mobilize you in a positive direction. With over 24 years of experience, you can have peace of mind that Angie is a very caring, non-judgmental, compassionate and skilled therapist. She offers a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation to see if it's a good 'fit' and a good vibe so feel free to reach out. Feel free to ask her about her Therapy Intensives as well!

Are you craving relief, peace or a sense of empowerment? You've come to the right place! It's time for you to feel that renewed sense of ease, focus and confidence to cope with the challenges in your life. Angie is really passionate about the work that she do with clients and feel s truly honoured to help people navigate the changes they're seeking. Sometimes clients are making changes to their coping strategies, some are learning how to shift their perception/perspective, some want to explore unhealed wounds from the past and some are interested in doing all of the above. Taking a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, she individualizes all treatment plans to target the mechanisms that are keeping you stuck in suffering and unhelpful habits. She uses an eclectic blend of approaches depending on your personality, temperament, past experiences and current challenges. We can start by exploring your past or your present situation as eventually, through the talk therapy process, we will pinpoint the maladaptive patterns and come to understand them from a much more compassionate stance. When we can bring the light of awareness and compassion to our wounds from the past, healing can happen in the present moment! Everything we cover will support your ability to build insight, clarity and self-awareness so that you can feel a state of empowerment to cope in more effective ways.
