As a highly trained, skilled, compassionate, empathetic, effective licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years experience I am prepared to assist you in your healing journey.

At my practice, DeVoe Counseling For Hope & Healing, Inc. I provide individual, couple, and family counseling in person or virtually. I am integrative in my approach, drawing on a variety of therapeutic styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. My practice provides a safe, comfortable, confidential space to work through the challenges that motivated you to seek help.

As a licensed mental health counselor, I help clients work through a variety of challenges. I am collaborative in my approach; counseling is accomplished with you, not at you. We work together; I'm the expert in psychotherapy and you are the expert of yourself. Using evidence-based therapy and a lot of care and compassion, I am prepared to help you with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, stress, relationship challenges, work related stress, grief and loss, interpersonal distress, major life changes, chronic pain, and low self-esteem. I love my profession, and I value helping my clients learn to connect with the parts of themselves that are strong, resilient, wise, joyful, and alive. Sometimes as humans we suffer, and we just need a caring other to remind us of the good within us, around us, and how to use that good to create a healthier, happier life.
