Firstly, welcome to my page! I'm glad you are here.
Often, people seeking counselling support are tired of feeling stuck, confused by reactivity, but unsure of how to move forward. They are looking to be truly seen, heard, and accepted unconditionally.
If this is you, you don’t have to do it alone – over the years I have helped many individuals, couples, and families to weather emotional storms and restore hope for growth and connection.
My focus:

I can offer you:
- a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental approach to counselling
- a commitment to continued training and education in evidence-based counselling theories and techniques
- an emotionally-focused lens to get to the heart of the problem

- a secure base to explore new ways of responding, thinking, or feeling
I can help you:
