Who I serve: 
I offer people support in exploring themselves and their relationships. My clients are often professionals with a goal of “having it all” or are in a time of significant personal transformation. You might have realized you’re in a negative relationship pattern, or you’re going through a big life transition like changing your career, navigating a break up, considering marriage, or entering parenthood. These life events often push the boundaries of our current identities and challenge our sense of who we are. I work both with individuals doing self-exploration and with couples and families who are working through issues together.
 
How I help: 
I believe that greater self-awareness leads to greater fulfillment, both in your life and in your relationships. I help my clients uncover what’s behind their unconscious patterns to help them grow and empower people to authentically choose how they show up in their own lives. My therapeutic style is non-judgmental, supportive, and practical.
 
Qualifications: 
I have a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles where my academic focus was depth psychology. I completed my traineeship in community mental health at Airport Marina Counseling Service where I specialized in treating clients focusing on issues of gender and sexual identity.
