Relationship Counselling

Disagreements in relationship are inevitable and can be healthy. But when your arguments grow and become repetitive with no meaningful resolution, professional counselling can help! As a specialist in couples counselling and EFT - Emotionally Focused Therapy, a highly researched and evidence-based approach to relationship therapy, I can help you feel hopeful again

Drawing on the EFT attachment-based roadmap to successful relationship repair, as well as a number of different approaches I have used, I can help to create the safety needed for you to slow down the negative dynamic and feel heard and understood. With my compassionate and skilled support, you will be able to communicate your needs in a way that brings each other closer and strengthens the bond between you. This process on average, takes between 12 and 30 appointments. Research show that couples who complete the sessions they need, feel happier in their relationships with results that last.
