I offer Yin Yoga practice. After blowing out my hip running a marathon in 2005, I tried yoga prior to the only option offered me at the time: hip replacement. Yoga worked on my hip and a multitude of other parts of myself! Research out of Harvard Medical Studies now have very strong evidence concluding the efficacy of Yoga in eliminating, reducing and managing pain, anxiety, trauma's and depression. One of my certifications is in Yin Yoga which offered in my office spaSome of my best time spent in life has been making me a more understanding, mindful, happy person. This takes work. It's more than worth it and the ongoing journey continues. This predated my multiple M.S. studies in Rehabilitation Counseling 37 years ago. Psychotherapy is a powerful tool in self discovery and ongoing self reflection, good listening, good communication and a grounded life. Good psychotherapy will explore the best ways for you to express yourself in our human process.
