SESSION OPTIONS

Sessions available in person, by telephone, or secure video. If you are interested in the option of meeting outside, for walk & talk therapy, let me know and we can discuss it. Sessions are generally available mornings and early afternoons on Monday through Thursday (Eastern Time).

THE FIRST STEP

Effective therapy starts with a good relationship and learns from differences. I listen with compassion, respect and a touch of humour, and work from a belief that every person is unique and has worth and value. We work in partnership to set and reach your personal goals. My goal is to help make your relationship with your own life better, and I would love to hear from you.

My solo private practice is supported by two decades of experience, both in agency settings and later in private practice, having provided couple, family, and individual counselling since 2001. First in Manitoba at the Interfaith Marriage & Family Institute, and then in 2004 at Thunder Bay Counselling Centre, and more recently in private practice.
