I work with couples in improving communication but most of all helping them regain their purpose and goal in making their relationship work. Life can come at people hard and unfortunately, its easy to isolate ourselves from our partnerships if we don't see improvement. The goal is to work as a team and if one person is hurt, I help encourage the other person the opportunity to step up and meet where the other person is at emotionally and work together to find a solution.

I help couples struggling with the direction of their relationship (marriage or ending it), problem solving, co-parenting children, the impact of chronic mental or physical health problems, infidelity, computer relationships and communication problems. I work with hetero/homo/bi sexual couples because the above concerns occur in all committed relationships.
