Anxiety can cause a lot of fear in moving forward in life. I work with clients in helping them turn their negative thinking into positive thinking. I help them to re-frame negative events, role playing scenarios, work on using affirmations, and help them to feel empowered in facing their fears using a variety of tools. It may include meditation or relaxation therapy. Stress can wreak havoc on our bodies and my goal for the client is for them to learn how to calm their mind even in the most stressful situations.
