My goal with couples and family counseling is to increase understanding amongst all parties while helping each participant have the safe space and autonomy they need to be in healthy relationship with others.

I specialize in helping couples of all types to create healthy relationships that meet the deeper needs of both partners. I have found Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to be the best tool to do the work of repairing and fostering close and loving relationships.
