Working with children is my specialty. (3 to 17 years old) I help them with anxiety, fears and obsessive compulsive behaviors. Troublesome behaviors of homework, lack of motivation, defiant or disrespectful behaviors can be helped by looking at underlying issues. Sometimes there is attentional issues of ADHD, although I do not like the label, I help them learn skills to improve in school. I also screen and work with youth have have addiction. I believe that the parents make the best therapists, so I involved them and coaching in parenting so change is happening at home.
