Anger is a powerful, yet fascinating emotion that everyone experiences. If we have problems with it, we either stuff it and it makes us physically sick or we explode. It is like temporary insanity. I teach people how to identify the steps towards out of control anger and how to break out of the "anger trance." Gaining conscious awareness and choice is key. Anger usually is about getting a need met, but often people back away from the one who is angry. It is counterproductive. Domestic violence of (physical or emotional abuse) happen when we get stuck in patterns and try to control. I have helped a lot of people over the past 20 years move from the anger cycle to more loving relationships.
