Therefore, I integrate faith based techniques to the counseling relationship and process for my clients who are believers. I have found over my years of clinical practice that spiritual faith based healing strategies are definitely the most powerful. Also, faith based strategies are very helpful in creating a happy, healthy, and successful life, so I include those in executive, business, and personal coaching as well.

Faith is such a huge part of a person and often times people feel like they are asked to divorce their spiritual health from their mental health. From my perspective this is not possible. While I am not here to replace your form of spiritual guidance, I am here to help you integrate your faith into who you are as a person.
