My clinical training, the use of research supported treatments, such as EMDR, ART-Accelerated Resolution, CBT, & Sports Counseling have allowed me to successfully work with individuals of all ages (children, teens, adults, & geriatrics), athletes, & business professionals who are confronted with a variety of concerns.

We frequently work with individuals to help find solutions to feelings of depression. We'll begin by having a dialogue about your experience. I'll listen, ask questions to clarify, and together we'll develop an action plan to help you find your way forward through depression to a better life. By speaking your truth -- being heard and validated -- and experiencing the therapeutic support I provide, you'll begin to find stronger ground to stand on. We are experienced and skilled in identifying and treating the many different types of depression -- whether you're dealing with postpartum depression, a chronic mild depression known as "dysthymia," bipolar disorder, or something else.

I have seen countless cases of depression and I understand how it zaps the very life force out of you. Although you may feel powerless you don't have to be. Research shows that the most effective treatment for depression is psychotherapy. EMDR, Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing, has been proven effective for depression and anxiety. We offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy under medical supervision with appropriate screening and post-treatment observation by an ER physician with over 20 years of experience with Ketamine administration.
