I help my clients discover their purpose in life. I understand that each story is different, and I personalize each session to best fit the needs of my clients. I have assisted clients in overcoming grief, trauma, depression and anxiety. I have experience working with adults, couples, families, teens and the LGBTQ+ community on a variety of issues. My life experience and education enable me to assist you in embracing life once again.

I offer confidential and non-judgemental counseling to help people overcome their depression or suicidal thoughts. Depression can show itself with many different symptoms including, but not limited to feelings of sadness, anger, fatigue, guilt, insomnia, shame, and worthlessness. Depression does not mean the person never smiles, it may show itself when you are alone, or you may experience mood swings. Suicidal thoughts and other self-harming behaviors happen when a person feels overwhelmed by the depression. It is critical that someone who has suicidal thoughts be seen as quickly as possible: CALL NOW!
