I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is a present focused psychotherapy and uses elements of traditional psychotherapy where the historical data is relevant to the present circumstances, thoughts and feelings that are being addressed. The client sets the agenda collaboratively with the therapist during each session. The client gains the tools over the course of therapy to use for a lifetime. Many clients see results quickly with CBT, and most see substantial results in 15 sessions.

It appears that we tend to focus way too much time and energy on "right vs. wrong." This seems to only cause more confusion, indecisiveness, and other insecurities. Individual counseling may be oriented towards helping clients achieve their goals for their own personal development.
