Because each person and problem are unique, I do not require a minimum number of sessions; you can work at your own pace. I offer one-time consultations, short-term and long-term therapy, and block-intensives which are longer amounts of time devoted to resolving your issue as quickly as possible.

Younger or even mid-life clients may present with problems regarding sexuality or being at peace with their single sexuality. The Master Designer created us as sexual beings and much of my practice is aimed at helping clients overcome sexual anorexia or the other end of that continuum, sexual addiction and/or pornography addiction (with the added markers of distress being present.)
