Adverse childhood experiences many times have a negative impact on how we view the world. We develop anxious attachments, avoidant attachments, and a combination of both. Our subconscious thoughts of what we experience in our childhood are usually the culprit of our low self-esteem, lack of assertiveness. and overall pessimism of the world. We give our clients the opportunity to explore these past realities with a listening professional ear. We process through these experiences then provide a professional psychoanalysis. From there, we work together to improve your outlook.

I believe we are often stuck beyond how we think about something, but by how our body holds and remembers the experiences. After all, we feel the anxiety in our chest, shoulders or stomach.
