I hold the energetic space for my clients to work through difficulties and begin the journey towards growth and healing. I believe that people are so much more than their struggles... I draw on people's strengths and empower them to make positive, lasting change.

I focus on/value your needs first. As we check-in together, connection, trust and comfort create an honest space for you to share and grow. I base my successes on deeply relational work, insight formation and therapies which emphasize mind/body/spirit atunement.

Even with all of the theories I learned and now practice, the most important element in counseling is the trust relationship between the therapist and the client. My goal is to make your therapeutic experience a meaningful connection with someone who truly cares.

My practice is dedicated to crafting & implementing individualized therapeutic treatments (primarily CBT) that are grounded in existing psychological theory, established & proven through rigorous scientific research, & w/goals for a clients' long-term positive outcomes.
