I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working in a large urban emergency department. My approach is called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which aims to help you accept what is outside of your control and commit to actions that improve your life.

I treat various patients, including ages 5 and up, and all socioeconomic ranges. I aim to provide my patients with whatever they need through my outpatient programs. I embrace a holistic approach to the care I provide to my patients.
