I incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients identify and reframe anxious thought patterns, mindfulness practices to manage physical symptoms, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to encourage living in alignment with their values despite discomfort. I aim to empower clients with practical tools to manage anxiety, build resilience, and regain a sense of control, ultimately fostering a calmer, more balanced approach to life.
