Anxiety can be a debilitating condition that manifests in any number of behaviors including such things as isolating, and OCD rituals, to name a few. Many people who experience high anxiety have panic attacks which literally create a physical response that often mimics a heart attack. Panic attacks are terrifying and can sometimes occur without a trigger. When that happens, the fear of the panic attack is as intense as the anxiety itself which often causes more frequent and intense panic. The root of anxiety is fear. There are a number of therapeutic modalities that have scientific evidence that supports their effectiveness. I work to discover the cause and then find the right modality.
