My approach to individual psychotherapy is generally cognitive brief therapy. I assess for strengths and vulnerabilities, and focus my efforts in helping the individual to build upon strengths in ways that produce personal success and positive self identity. I build on whatever faith base one has, incorporating healing prayer, imagery, biblical truths, and skill development. I use personality assessment tools to target specific skill and traits that promote positive results based on client's overall goals.

Here at New Creations Counseling Center clients will benefit from our use of psychotherapy by learning how their past and prior experiences in life have contributed to the position that they are in currently.
