I work with children from elementary age and up by building on their strengths, consulting with parents to help integrate the best structure into their lives, helping them expand their ways of expression through play, using expressive therapies and advocating for them when needed in the schools. I provide them with opportunities to practice the skills I build with them in our therapy sessions. I use cognitive behavioral strategies, expressive therapies and body work to engage with them and build opportunities to learn new skills.
