Eleanor has earned accreditation in the Bader-Pearson Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, has completed an ICEEFT-endorsed EFT Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, and completed Levels 1, 2, 3 of Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Many of our providers conduct relational counseling. This includes pre-marital therapy, marriage counseling, sexual intimacy therapy, increasing communication, and discernment work. The therapists at CHRIS use a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Couples enter therapy for help with conflict, affairs, intimacy and communication problems. My approach to couples counseling uses the researched-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy techniques which help couples learn how to handle conflict and increase intimacy.

My practice specializes in work with individuals, couples and families providing treatment and services for issues of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship difficulties and addiction recovery management.

After my social work degree I became a certified marriage and family therapist. Then I went on to become a certified sex therapist and an imago certified relationship counselor. I believe I can offer clients a unique experience.
