Grief doesn’t ever go away completely, it changes over time. It is important for each person to have their own journey with grief. We will work together to honor the one you lost and help you establish a new normal. No matter what stage of grief you find yourself in, I would be honored to sit alongside you on this difficult, and often lonely, journey.

I will give you the chance to speak to emotionally release and then use techniques like EMDR (a type of exercise where you move the eyes and are guided so that you can release an emotional weight) or hypnosis to help your emotional goal, depending on what you request and are comfortable with. Losing someone or something is incredibly hard. I believe that one of the great myths that we are told is simply that “time heals all wounds.” Time can actually reinforce the pain of loss and it is important to mourn and grieve that which we no longer have. Grieving is a normal process filled with pain. Sometimes the process can be made easier by talking to a someone. People who are grieving the loss of a loved one or the loss of a relationship are often confused about the meaning of the loss and have raw emotions just below (or sometimes directly on) the surface.
