I have completed Level 3 of training in Gottman Couples Therapy which utilizes a well-researched system of technique that can help couples move on from affairs, lack of intimacy and stale parallel marriages. The sessions are very interactive with the focus on processing present struggles, and re-examining past stumbling blocks to explore alternative ways to behave with each other. Couples are always seen together so that there is no story-telling and the focus is on the couple in a fair and balanced way.
