My work with couples emphasizes the development of courage to change what does not work in a relationship, while supporting both partners to achieve a deeper understanding of each other, settle differences and/or significantly improve existing dysfunctional patterns.

I work with couples who are struggling with the difficult decision to stay together or call it quits. Couples therapy can help a couple to de-escalate, communicate more effectively, and allow each person to be heard and validated. I can also provide EMDR for couples.
