Shé:kon (Hello!). My name is Brittany Pratt. I am a Mohawk woman and work with Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients. I provide a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space (virtual and in-person) for you to address your concerns and work toward healing and personal growth.

Finding one's way through the stormy days and nights sometimes requires a highly experienced guide. Self-limiting thoughts and feelings can be overcome. Joy and love can be realized by means of a skillful blending of Eastern and Western modalities.

Seeking help isn't easy, but you're not alone. A little support can go a long way in rediscovering how to achieve calm within the ever-changing chaos affecting our lives. Sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space to prioritize yourself and your mental wellbeing.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

Therapy doesn't have to be complicated - or long! People heal quickly when they understand what is going on with them, why they are doing what they are doing and are given the tools and support they need to get back in control of their lives. I will help you do that.
