Hey, I'm Christine. I specialize in Therapy for Men & Anger Management. I am now accepting new clients for individual or couples therapy. This is online for Ontario and in-person option for Thunder Bay.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.
