I'm therapist who has enjoyed helping people for 20+ years. My ultimate goal in therapy is to bring hope to stressful circumstances. This means I take the time to hear your story so that we can leverage skills, boundaries and perspectives that allow for change.

My personal approach to therapy is to create a safe and caring space for you to share and process your emotions. I'm trained in a number of different clinical approaches, and we'll decide together how to best meet your needs. I feel grateful to be able to do this work.
