I'm Kate, an Individual and Couples Therapist specializing in working with adults who have experienced interpersonal trauma either in Childhood or as an Adult. Interpersonal Trauma is any unhealthy interpersonal dynamic between oneself and another human being.

I provide a safe and secure environment where we can address your concerns, process the pain, and help you navigate your journey towards growth and wholeness. Change is possible and you don't have to do it alone.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

I provide online psychotherapy using an informal and conversational approach. Your input is extremely important as your sessions focus on your identified goals, while ensuring you feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
