I'm Kate, an Individual and Couples Therapist specializing in working with adults who have experienced interpersonal trauma either in Childhood or as an Adult. Interpersonal Trauma is any unhealthy interpersonal dynamic between oneself and another human being.

Heidi uses creative approaches in her work with women, children and families. She uses art and play therapy to help children express and process their emotions. Heidi also works with women needing a warm and supportive place to process a variety of life issues.
