I have over 4 years of previous experience working with people challenged with a variety of struggles. I work with clients according to their goals and understand that every person has strength inside them to move towards recovery and growth with any struggle they face.

I offer a warm, confidential, supportive and non-judgmental environment. When individuals or couples are struggling, they are stuck in a negative behaviour pattern. Get help understanding how to break free from these patterns and create positive ones. No HST.

For thirty years, I have really enjoyed assisting individuals, couples and families to identify strengths & challenges and to discover solutions to improve themselves, relationships and overcome a wide range of troubling issues. I look forward to assisting you!
