Welcome to Healing Connections Psychotherapy! Located in North Bay, Ontario, our trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy clinic is here to support you and your loved ones with care and compassion. We offer individual and couples therapy for all ages.

I am a warm, compassionate and exeperienced therapist who can provide a safe place for your healing and transformation.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

Therapy promotes awareness of yourself, your relationships, empowerment, and making lasting changes in your life. I strive to create a respectful, trusting and collaborative relationship as we explore the journey of self-discovery, transformation, healing, and growth.

Together, we'll work to create a safe environment where you feel empowered to discuss, process and problem solve concerns related to relationships, self-esteem, trauma, identity and other topics.

Arukah means "total healing and restoration" and while we don't guarantee total healing and restoration, at Arukah Counselling we provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can get the support they need for their wellness journey.
